Summary
Tina earned her bachelor’s degree from Loma Linda University School of Physical Therapy in Loma Linda, California in 1984. She has over 20 years of experience in outpatient private practice, skilled nursing and home health care with adults and children of all ages. Trained in manual therapy, she uses a variety of techniques including myofascial release, IASTM, mobilization of the extremities and spine, soft tissue massage, manual lymph drainage massage and mobilization with movement. She enjoys helping people achieve their goals and make lifestyle changes in their mobility, strength and cardio fitness. Tina was born and raised on the East Coast in Maryland. She moved to California to attend physical therapy school before moving to northern Idaho in 1991. She has two grown children, Brendon and Brooke. Her greatest interests are family, friends and spending time outdoors snow skiing, biking, water sports, camping, and hiking.
