Kootenai Café is led by certified executive chef John Minichino, who has extensive experience in creating unique and delectable menus to satisfy a variety of palates.

Daily Hours of Operation
- Breakfast 6:30 to 9:30 a.m.
- Lunch 10:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
- Dinner 4:45-7:30 p.m.
- Night Shift Dinner 1 to 3 a.m. (soup and salad, midnight to 3:00 a.m.)
The salad and sandwich bar is open every day from 10:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
