Big Blue Coffee Company locations throughout the Kootenai Health campus offer a welcoming place for patients, visitors, and staff to recharge.
Our team is passionate about great coffee. Several staff members are currently pursuing training through the Specialty Coffee Association of America, and we work closely with our coffee roaster to stay current on the latest trends, brewing techniques, and espresso extraction methods. Each month, we proudly serve an average of 17,750 cups of coffee across campus.
And the coffee isn’t the only thing worth stopping for. From lemon bars and cranberry orange muffins to chocolate chip scones and cowboy cookies, our house-made treats are packed with flavor and baked in a variety of tempting options.
