I believe the best patient care is built on collaboration, communication, and mutual respect. I encourage patients to be active participants in their healthcare and work closely with them to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their goals, priorities, and personal circumstances. Open discussions and shared decision-making are important parts of my approach, and I welcome the involvement of family members and loved ones when appropriate.

Respecting each patient’s values and preferences is central to the care I provide. My goal is to ensure patients feel heard, informed, and empowered when making decisions about their treatment. By providing education and guidance while honoring individual choices, I strive to create a supportive environment where patients can confidently participate in their care.

As an inpatient orthopedic provider, I believe successful treatment requires a coordinated team approach. I work closely with orthopedic surgeons, therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive comprehensive, high-quality care throughout their recovery. Together, our team develops treatment plans designed to achieve the best possible outcomes for each patient’s orthopedic injury.

My treatment philosophy focuses on selecting the least invasive and most effective approach whenever possible while prioritizing patient safety, recovery, and long-term function. Through evidence-based care and close collaboration with both patients and colleagues, I aim to help patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and return to the activities that matter most to them.

I knew early in my training that I wanted to work in orthopedics. Drawn to both surgery and acute care, I pursued opportunities to learn from orthopedic providers even before graduating. That passion ultimately led me to my current role, where I have the privilege of helping patients recover from injuries and return to active, fulfilling lives.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, gardening, snowboarding, wake surfing, camping, golfing, and cooking.
