Summary
I believe great family medicine is built on trust, partnership, and treating the whole person. My goal is to provide compassionate, comprehensive, evidence-based care for patients of all ages. Every recommendation I make is grounded in the latest medical research and clinical guidelines, while recognizing that each person’s needs, values, and goals are unique. I believe prevention is one of the most powerful tools we have, and I encourage proactive care through routine screenings, immunizations, healthy nutrition, physical activity, and stress management.
I view healthcare as a collaborative partnership. I take the time to listen, encourage patient input, and work together to develop personalized care plans that reflect each individual’s priorities. When additional expertise is needed, I coordinate closely with other healthcare providers, help identify and close care gaps through preventive services and screenings, and connect patients with trusted local and regional specialists to ensure seamless, comprehensive care.
I chose family medicine because I value the opportunity to care for people at every stage of life and build lasting relationships with individuals and families. Helping patients achieve healthier lives through preventive medicine and shared decision-making is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy taking advantage of everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer, including hiking and biking with family and friends.
