I believe successful care starts with getting to know each patient as an individual and making them an active participant in their care. I encourage open, collaborative conversations and welcome input from patients and the people important to them when making decisions about treatment.

I work closely with other health care providers and trusted local and regional partners to ensure patients receive comprehensive, coordinated care. Whenever possible, I focus on the least invasive, most effective treatment approach. My goal is to work as a team with each patient, ensuring they feel heard, respected and confident in the decisions we make together.
