Summary
I believe the best care starts with open communication and a strong partnership between patient and provider. I take the time to understand each patient’s unique situation and encourage collaborative conversations so we can make informed decisions together. My goal is to ensure patients have a clear understanding of their condition and feel confident in the treatment plan we develop. I also strive to be accessible after the initial consultation, making it easier to answer questions and adjust treatment as needed.
My approach to treatment is highly individualized, carefully weighing the risks and benefits of each option while keeping the patient’s goals and preferences at the center of every decision. I routinely review medications and explore alternatives when appropriate, and I work closely with trusted local and regional specialists to ensure patients receive comprehensive, coordinated care.
I chose cardiac electrophysiology because it offers the opportunity to treat a wide range of heart rhythm conditions using therapies that range from medications to advanced procedures. I enjoy helping patients improve their quality of life while also protecting them from potentially life-threatening heart rhythm disorders. The ability to combine technology, critical thinking, and meaningful patient relationships is what makes this specialty so rewarding.
Outside of work, I enjoy hiking and painting.
