I arrived before the appointment time of 0600. The office opened precisely on time; I was immediately taken back where the Nurses performed as a well-oiled team to get me ready. The person from anesthesia came in and reviewed my history and I was off to the procedure room. After a brief nap, I was awakened by the nursing team who began the process of making sure I was ready to leave to get back home. I would like to give special thanks to Brenda and Hailey from the nursing staff who made my experience enjoyable (as much as can be expected when having a colonoscopy). And Gazelle from Anesthesia who was concerned and professional caring for my comfort and anxiety before starting the procedure. If they are still around when I have my next one, I sincerely hope that they once again care for me.
