My approach to care is centered on collaboration, respect, and continuity. I work closely with my patients to ensure they are active participants in their care, partnering with them to create individualized care plans that align with their priorities, goals, and values. I believe that the best outcomes are achieved when patients feel heard, informed, and empowered throughout the decision making process.

Continuity of care is essential, and I coordinate with other health care providers to ensure a comprehensive and seamless approach. Open communication and collaboration across care teams allow for thoughtful, well supported treatment decisions.

Respect is the foundation of the patient provider relationship. I consistently invite patient input and make it a priority when planning care, recognizing that mutual trust and understanding are critical to moving forward together with confidence.

When medical or surgical intervention is needed, I focus on the least invasive and most effective approach whenever possible. I believe it is equally important to discuss all available options so that patients can make informed, collaborative decisions about their care.

My passion for health care began at a young age, when I knew I wanted to be involved in the medical field and volunteered as a candy striper as a teenager. Early in my nursing career, I was drawn to women’s health and spent many years in labor and delivery, a role I truly loved. I pursued my Nurse Practitioner degree to continue making a positive impact on patients throughout all stages of life.

Outside of work, my husband and I enjoy raising our three boys and spending time at their sporting events. We love being outdoors as a family and enjoy skiing, hiking, swimming, and making the most of everything our community has to offer. Having grown up in Coeur d’Alene, I am grateful for the opportunity to serve as a provider in the same community that raised me.
