Summary
Jenelle studied at California State University, Fresno, earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Health and Rehabilitation Sciences and graduating with her Master of Physical Therapy degree in 2008. She went on to pursue her transitional Doctor of Neurologic Physical Therapy degree from the NeuroRecovery Training Institute in 2017. She is a Board Certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist, and she has been a Certified Brain Injury Specialist since 2013. Jenelle studied in the Neuro- IFRAH® method of rehabilitating patients with one-sided weakness after stroke or brain injury, and she has spent much of her career on multi-disciplinary teams specializing in providing these restorative treatment principles to her patients. Her skillset, knowledge and ambitious approach to therapy also lend to the treatment of patients with concussion, vestibular and balance dysfunction, and spinal cord injury, as well as progressive neurologic diagnoses. Jenelle is a passionate therapist who is excited to be a part of the Kootenai Health Neuro Outpatient team, and to be part of the rehabilitative efforts for those in need in our community.
