Dr Fallin, MD, was very professional and explained the results of my X-Ray and CT scan. I was given adequate pain medication and was discharged with instructions for home care.

I was sent to the ER by my Primary Care Physician. They knew I was coming and took wonderful care of me. The only uncomfortable part was while I needed to put on a hospital gown, I don't feel there was a need for 2 male techs and 2 female nurses in the room to observe. I did ask for the males to leave and they were accommodating, which I appreciated. The medical care and swiftness of the tests were outstanding.

Concerned for my well being.Waiting was a little long, but they were very busy.

Came in with neck, back and arm pain in the setting of prior left shoulder surgery. Did brief exam on neck and diagnosed me with cervical radiculopathy. This was incorrect. I was diagnosed wednesday by my primary care with shingles. Wished the ED had done some simple XRays and lab which would have ruled out many things.
