Summary
I believe great care starts with truly listening. Every patient has a unique story, and I take the time to understand each individual’s background, values, and goals. My approach is rooted in patient-centered care, where patients are active participants in their health journey. Through open communication and shared decision-making, we work together to create personalized care plans that support overall health and well-being.
With experience in wound care, urgent care, family practice, and functional medicine, I bring a broad, whole-person perspective to care. I strive to create an environment where patients feel comfortable, respected, and genuinely heard, ensuring that care is both thoughtful and aligned with what matters most to them.
Respect is the foundation of everything I do. I meet patients where they are, listen without judgment, and honor their preferences and beliefs when discussing treatment options. My goal is to build lasting relationships that extend beyond the clinical setting and into the community we share.
I also value continuity of care and collaboration. I work closely with other healthcare providers to ensure a comprehensive approach, helping to identify and close care gaps while connecting patients with trusted specialists and resources when needed.
When it comes to treatment planning, I focus on the least invasive, most effective options whenever possible. I believe in thoughtful, collaborative care that prioritizes long-term health and empowers patients to make informed decisions.
I chose to become a family nurse practitioner because I wanted to build meaningful relationships and play a more active role in my patients’ care. Having worked in healthcare since the age of 16, I’ve seen firsthand how important it is for patients to feel heard, understood, and supported. For me, this work is about more than treating illness—it’s about helping people achieve lasting health, confidence, and quality of life.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, practicing and teaching yoga, hiking, and spending time outdoors with my family.
