Everyone was polite, kind. Even though the severe abdominal pain that I had at home turned out to be a minor problem, I was still treated with respect. Lab and scan results were given to me verbally and visually before I was discharged. Thanks so much to the ED staff for your great care!

So grateful to Dr. Apgar and all of the ED and pediatrics staff. They listened to my concerns about my son, were so thorough in their work ups and assessments and very patient with my terrified 4 year old.

We saw this particular doctor for my son at Kootenai Health ER. He was very nice and on top of it. He was appropriately concerned with good bedside manners. The ER itself does not reflect my review here! Dr. Hardy I would easily recommend.

I went with my mom not feeling the best. So I let her speak on my behalf during most of the visit, but one of the nurses got defensive on my behalf for no reason. Even threatened to call security on my mom even though I wanted her to speak on my behalf. Everything else was great!

Ok, I mean I tore my hamstring asked for a ultra sound he said no its for more important issues like heart attacks and urgent conditions. So given it was pretty serious my doctor got me into Northwest specialty and it was seriously torn. Best part of Kootenai Hospital, I came in in a wheelchair and couldn't walk but they wanted me to get up and weigh myself, I said NO. Dr was just doing what he was told by the hospital...

One of the worst things that can happen to a person is to have to go to ER and then you have no idea what is next and the people who care for you are so professional and good at what they do, I can’t thank you enough for your kindness and expertise, thank you so very much!

Walked into the ER @ ~5:30PM on a Friday. My VA Neurologist told me to do this to get a brain CT following a Myoclonus event. Toook abou four hours to work my way up thru the queue of folks in the ER waiting room to get a 30 second CT done, and almost froze to death sitting in the waiting room (I’m cold sensitive anyway). Took about another 40 minutes to get the radiologist’s report, then I was released. Overall, a positive experience.

Our 2 month old got sick with a fever and had not received any vaccines. As first time parents, we were advised to bring her in to the ER to be checked out. We were seen so quickly and were provided with the utmost care. Dr. Hardy was very gentle with our little girl, even through her screams and kicking. We are very thankful for him and all staff that was involved with taking care of her.

They were very friendly and professional. Go me right in.
