His nurse Annette is so compassionate and funny and puts patients at ease when they get there and Tina at the front desk is very welcoming and has helped immensely with the paperwork side. Doc Drury is the best. He has been our doctor since 1993. However, not happy with the recent changes since Kootenai Health has gotten involved. Personal touch has gone and that is truly missed. As patients age they really need those extra few minutes to discuss changes with their doctor. What ever happened to that? I fear it is gone!

Wonderful clinic in all aspects. Dr Bell is the best; he has been my physician for 35 plus years. He is always kind, considerate, takes the time to listen and explains things. His scribe is also wonderful; I love her!

Dr. Drury is an excellent physician and the office staff is efficient and kind. I moved to Texas 6 mo ago and healthcare has been a nightmare. I miss being a patient here.
