Summary
I believe the best care begins with listening. I strive to treat every patient with respect, dignity, and empathy while creating a welcoming environment where they feel heard and supported. I take the time to understand each person’s concerns without judgment and work collaboratively to develop individualized care plans that reflect their goals, values, and priorities.
I believe healthcare is most effective when it is a partnership. I encourage patients to take an active role in planning their care, coordinate closely with other healthcare providers to ensure a comprehensive approach, and help identify opportunities for preventive care through screenings, wellness resources, and other tools that support long-term health. I also regularly review medications and explore alternatives when appropriate to ensure treatment plans continue to meet each patient’s needs.
I chose family medicine because I enjoy building lasting relationships with my patients and caring for entire families through every stage of life. Getting to know my patients and supporting them on their health journey is one of the most rewarding parts of my work. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy hiking, swimming, skiing, gardening, reading, and spending time outdoors with my husband and children.
