This afternoon MultiCare Health System implemented a change in their MyChart terms and conditions advising patients that they must accept or decline paperless billing. This change was inadvertently applied to all Kootenai Health MyChart accounts as well as those at MultiCare. MultiCare is reverting the change and Kootenai Health MyChart users’ preferences should be restored with no additional action needed. We anticipate this change will be made before the end of the day.
