1 Can Rinsed and drained garbanzo beans (chickpeas)
1/3 Cup Nut butter
1-3 Tbsp Maple syrup
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 Tbsp Oats
½ cup Chocolate chips (Semi-sweet or dark)
- Combine all ingredients except chocolate chips in a food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
- Add chocolate chips, stir, and serve with fruit or plain.
