I wouldn’t say that one enjoys a visit to the ER, but I can say I was well treated by everyone who cared for me on my visit. I felt they were doing the best possible care for my situation. I received very friendly, professional and skilled care. I knew I would ! Thank you!

I made a visit to ER over the weekend. I felt EVERYONE listened and showed compassion for my issue. Thank you to everyone who attended to my concerns.

Taylor Laverdiere was very kind, knowledgeable, informative, and let me know what she was doing as far as ordering labs and imaging and why. I was there for wound care on an embarrassing area, and she and the rest of the staff had great bedside manner and put my mind at ease about having to show them such a thing. They did what they could to help me get better and Taylor ordered the appropriate referrals to get me follow up care. I've had my fair share of bad experiences with KH in the past, but Taylor and the other ladies who helped me that day were so impressive it was really redeeming for the organization as a whole. This isn't directly related to this visit specifically, but indirectly, having to wait 2 weeks to get in to see wound care when I have a wound in a place I cannot change the wound dressing myself satisfactorily, is very concerning to me for patients who may not be as blessed as I am to have friends for family who can help them with that while they're waiting that long to see professionals about it. That being said my experience at the ER that day was great!

Everyone was great. Service was professional and informative.

We were not happy that my wife was in a room in the ER for 2 hours before anyone addressed her extreme intolerable pain. Once Taylor arrived things got better quickly. She was great.
