My approach to treatment focuses on using the least invasive, evidence-based option appropriate for each patient’s needs while always prioritizing safety and quality of care. I regularly review medications and explore alternatives when appropriate. When interventions are necessary, I believe in transparent communication and shared decision-making, ensuring patients understand the risks, benefits, and available options before moving forward. By combining clinical expertise with respect for patient preferences, I aim to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care at every stage of life.

Continuity of care is also an important part of my practice. I work closely with other healthcare providers and trusted local and regional specialists to ensure a comprehensive, coordinated approach that supports the best possible outcomes for my patients.

I chose OB/GYN because I am passionate about empowering women to make informed decisions about their health. It is a privilege to care for women throughout the many transitions, challenges, and milestones they experience across their lives. I find great fulfillment in providing education, guidance, and evidence-based care that helps patients achieve their individual health and wellness goals.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two sons and taking advantage of the outdoors through activities such as fishing, big game hunting, skiing, and wakesurfing.
