Everyone I dealt with from check in to my nurse, anesthesiologist and Dr. Lute was very kind, helpful and compassionate. They explained the process very thoroughly, did not rush and answered my questions. I have hospitals much closer, but I would make the drive again if given the choice.
I saw my GI doctor for diverticulitis flare up. I didn’t even wait 2 minutes to see him. He wasn’t in a hurry, sat and talked to me for almost an hour! He gave me suggestions, ordered a test that is needed and answered my long list of questions. I recommend Kootenai Health and Dr. Matthew Lute for excellent care.
Best medical practice experience I've ever had at any medical facility, from reception to department everyone involved was fantastic!

Very good experience through the whole process. The morning of my procedures, I first was welcomed with the friendly / pleasant receptionist checking in. Which to me is very important since she the first person to come in to contact with. John my nurse was very professional and very friendly. My level of nervousness started declining with what I experienced so far. Everything one in the procedure room made me comfortable as well, including anesthesia, doctor, all of them. Everyone was efficient and right on time. Great experience over all. Thank you for your service.
