Kara Purcelley, PT, DPT earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Montana.  She is part of Kootenai Health’s Rehabilitation Services Neurosciences team.  Kara has special interest in geriatrics, dizziness and balance issues, and neurologic conditions including stroke, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, brain injury, and concussion.  Kara is a Board Certified Neurologic Clinical Specialist (NCS).  She is highly motivated to help patients regain and maintain safe mobility, achieve their exercise and physical activity goals, and provide compassionate, evidence-based care.
