That was my first ER visit in over 40 yrs. I was impressed with the compassionate care and timely assessment of my medical condition. The nursing staff, lab and radiology personnel were awesome. I was truly surprised and impressed. Thanks for a pleasant medical visit and treatment plan.

ER staff was great! ER RN Steve was probably the best nurse I have ever had.

They got my daughter in super fast and took such good care of her. I couldn’t have asked for better.

I had two separate incidents of a heart condition. Both times I received immediate and wonderful care. The staff were great and the hospital itself is first class. I would highly recommend KMC Emergency Department.

I wish to give 5 stars to all the people who interacted with me in the er. They all were compassionate and exhibited caring. I know I’m not alone in feeling 0 stars are warranted regarding ability to get help in a timely manner. I understand the need for triage systems in overburdened ers. I happened to be there, having been sent by Urgent Care due to my suffering extreme pain from a hemorrhoid. I waited about 4 hrs before being able to be seen. Even though I had my ‘donut’ pillow, I was in awful pain. After about 4 hours, I finally asked if the referral from Urgent Care indicated an emergency in my case, as I just didn’t think I could stay another minute with that pain. I was blessedly told a room for me was almost ready. (Thank you, God!) I wish I could give a great idea for a solution, as I don’t believe in complaining. Please believe that the people were wonderful!

All staff and personnel were kind, thoughtful, compassionate, efficient, professional, and personal. I was in enormous amount of pain and they worked/served expeditiously in resolving my pain and cause, very thorough, and listened to me the patient.

A better than normal admission into the ER followed by great service by the person administering the Echo.

I had fallen out of my camper a couple weeks before going into ER. I wasn't able to shake the pain on my own, it was time to get professional help. ER for the first time ever wasn't extremely busy. I had to best nurse and Dr Jessica Thornton everything to make sure I didn't break or damage anything. Some muscle relaxers and Tyonel and I Iam so much better. Great staff.

The hospital emergency room was very busy and unfortunately very dirty. I do realize today it’s extremely hard to find and keep employees. And it’s tough on everyone. But most everyone was nice. The ER doctor was young but I think she did her best to figure out what was wrong and wanted to help. And she did and my husband had emergency surgery that night. So while things aren’t perfect I am happy there are still some good people who want to help and are willing trying to help Thankful my husband is in his way to recovering The team who performed his emergency surgery were great. Once again nothing perfect but a willing to help and want to make some well 🙏❤️
