I always enjoy seeing Dr Volyn - he is a good doctor who looks out for my best interests.

Great doctors. Very friendly staff. I love the option of telehealth appointments, and the availability of seeing my doctor soon, instead of 3 months out.

Hi, thanks for the great rating!

I liked Dr. Volyn's easy and friendly demeanor. I presented to him after years without a doctor and he took my complex medical history and came up with a very thoughtful and sensible plan of action to establish a baseline. He gave each of my concerns thorough and thoughtful review and allowed plenty of time to go over everything. If I had any complaint at all about Dr. Volyn, it was that he spoke over me many times and I had to persistently try again to voice my concerns and make sure my questions were answered and that he received the information I thought was relevant. This was a minor issue compared to all the good things that came out of our meeting. His nurse, Beth, was very friendly and helpful. His scribe seemed very competent. The only negative to my visit was a prickly check-in person who was very abrupt and short during the sign-in process. She spoke over me, never allowing me to finish a sentence and was unfriendly and cold. I likewise kept my interactions with her short and sweet as clearly she was not interested in exchanging pleasantries which, in a setting such as a medical office, is a very negative presentation. She made me feel very uncomfortable and that I was an annoyance rather than a patient, the reason she had a job. She didn't represent well and put me off. As this was my first encounter at the office, I immediately formed a conclusion that I was not going to like this office but Beth and Dr. Volyn quickly remedied that, thank goodness, as I was not looking forward to the process of locating another doctor to establish with. This person needs to be reminded that she is the first person that patients see and her mannerisms are critical when making patients feel at ease and valued. Conversely, the office promptly had my prescriptions at the pharmacy and orders to the lab with no hitches which made me happy and instilled confidence.
