Dr. Garcia was thorough with our 91 year old Mother. His exams were thought through we didn't feel rushed through or out as the ER was full and busy. His recommendations and suggestions for follow up and diagnosis was precise and descriptive in a way we could understand and left feeling genuinely cared for.

Dr. Garcia and staff treated me with the greatest care and respect. These are professionals with knowledge and heart.

Recently, when I arrived at the emergency room with my broken wrist, I was immediately assessed and then transported through the electronic doors for treatment. Each individual team member that I saw that fateful day was professionally and respectfully responsive to my physical and emotional needs. My Kootenai Heath journey started at PF Urgent Care, great staff and super performance with evaluation from the entire team. They were clearly concerned about giving me proper attention and care. After reviewing my initial test results Llyn, sent me directly to the ER. My experience was the same at the ER, a short wait then a great staff took over, doing testing and other diagnostics to determine my exact problem. Numerous members of the ER team attended to me, moving me to the various locations during their evaluation. There was no doubt that each of them had by best interest in mind and were genuinely concern about my comfort and pain. Dr. Garcia spent, on several occasions, the time to keep me informed on where we stood in the process. When I was being discarded Dr Garcia made sure I was fully aware of the diagnosis, the immediate treatment plan and my actions for following up with my Primary Care, Dr. Severinsen. The entire Kootenai Team, PF UC and KH ER were great!

Everyone was very nice, however I went in to get my back looked at, I ended out having, covid. But as soon as they found that out nobody mentioned my my back or what was wrong with it, I was giving some pain meds and felt I was pushed out the door soon afterwards

Dr Tular is so receptive. She listens, and shows concern. I'm very pleased with her.

Even though we didn't get a room the Dr and staff took care of my wife with great care

We had to make a flight in Spokane. The ER staff was very Accommodating and took care of my husbands needs at that time In due speed. Included a CT, Urine, Blood test. The my chart is very thorough. Flew back home to.California and are now completing follow up visits with gastroenterologist. Thanks ER for the IV and pain medication that gave my husband a peaceful flight home.

Everyone at the ER was very helpful.
