I believe every patient deserves care that reflects their unique story, values, and goals. I take time to understand each person’s background, priorities, and circumstances so we can work together as partners in their care. My approach emphasizes open communication, collaboration, and mutual respect with patients and their loved ones so that care plans are individualized and meaningful.
I work closely with other healthcare providers to ensure a seamless, coordinated experience and refer to trusted local and regional partners when specialized care is needed. I regularly review medications and explore alternatives, striving to help patients achieve wellness with the fewest interventions necessary.
For me, medicine is as much about connection as it is about science. Ever since a high school psychology class sparked my fascination with the mind, I’ve been drawn to understanding both its potential and its challenges. Psychiatry gives me the opportunity to combine that passion with helping people through some of life’s most difficult moments, a field with endless potential to heal and bring hope.
Outside of work, I enjoy skiing, snowboarding, traveling, and cooking, which help me stay grounded and balanced in both life and practice.
