I believe exceptional surgical care starts with understanding each patient’s individual goals, concerns and needs. My role is to clearly explain their condition and treatment options so they feel informed and empowered to make decisions that are right for them. I take a collaborative approach to care, discussing both surgical and nonsurgical options and recommending the least invasive, most effective treatment whenever possible.

With expertise in general, bariatric and foregut surgery, minimally invasive surgery, advanced surgical endoscopy and trauma surgery, I am committed to providing evidence-based care that prioritizes safety, lasting outcomes and quality of life. I am also passionate about bringing advanced surgical techniques and technology closer to home so patients in smaller and rural communities can receive the same high standard of specialized, innovative care without having to travel long distances.
