I chose this specialty because of my longstanding interest in the digestive system, nutrition, and the ways our bodies interact with the environment in both health and disease. Gastrointestinal health plays a vital role in overall well-being, and I enjoy helping patients better understand their conditions and improve their quality of life through thoughtful, individualized care.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the outdoors, observing wildlife, and the creative craft of bookbinding.
