My approach to care begins with listening. I believe every patient’s care should start with a clear understanding of their individual goals, values, and concerns. From there, we work together to build a treatment plan that reflects what matters most to you and supports the best possible outcome.

I practice within a highly collaborative environment where patient care is regularly discussed as a team. This ensures that each decision is thoughtful, well-rounded, and grounded in shared expertise. I was drawn to general surgery early in my career after working as a medical scribe with Kootenai General Surgery, and that experience continues to shape how I practice today. The team’s commitment to patient-centered care, strong collaboration, and ongoing education has had a lasting impact on me. Our physicians place a strong emphasis on teaching and supporting Advanced Practice Providers, which allows me to continue growing and deliver high-quality, up-to-date care.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two dogs, Charlie and Chico. We love being outdoors, especially boating and hiking, and I have a passion for travel and exploring new places whenever I can.
