I believe the best care begins with listening. I take the time to understand each patient’s unique circumstances, values, cultural beliefs, and goals so we can work together to develop a personalized care plan. My role is to provide clear, evidence-based guidance while ensuring patients have the information they need to make confident, informed decisions about their health. I encourage open communication and welcome the involvement of family and loved ones whenever it supports the patient’s wishes.

I believe patients should be active participants in their care. Whenever appropriate, I focus on the least invasive, most effective treatment options, regularly review medications, and coordinate closely with primary care providers, specialists, and other members of the care team to deliver comprehensive, seamless care.

I chose this specialty because it allows me to combine my passion for science with the opportunity to care for people and make a meaningful difference in their lives. Helping patients understand their options and supporting them in making decisions that are right for them is one of the most rewarding aspects of my work.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking and spending time outdoors.
