Alyssa graduated from Western Michigan University in 2015, where she received her Masters of Science degree in Occupational Therapy. She received her BS in Exercise Science: Pre-Occupational Therapy from Eastern Washington University. Alyssa has experience working with children from toddlers to young adults, with a variety of conditions. Alyssa has completed the SOS (Sequential Oral Sensory) Approach to Feeding program, and is passionate about working with picky eaters. Alyssa’s other special interest areas include Self-Regulation, Sensory Integration, and Self-Care skills. She is passionate about helping children develop skills in order to reach their fullest potential of their functional independence in all areas of life. When not at work, Alyssa enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking and crafting.
