Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)

What your body can do now — and what’s possible next.
Treatment, taken further.

Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)

Advanced therapies to manage spasticity, mobility, and muscle control related to neurological conditions.

The diagnosis is one part of it. What matters now is how your body works day to day. Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation focuses on that—how you move, how your muscles respond, and what it takes to function in daily life.

Spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, stroke, MS, ALS, cerebral palsy—these conditions change how your body works. We focus on managing spasticity, mobility, and muscle control using advanced therapies like chemodenervation (Botox, Xeomin) and Baclofen pump management, working closely with neurology and neurosurgery. Treatment adjusts over time based on how your body responds.

Dr. House leads this work with both clinical expertise and personal experience living with a spinal cord injury. He understands the day-to-day challenges—and builds treatment around what helps you function.
