To ensure privacy, patient identity will be verified before releasing records, which can be sent directly to a provider, picked up in person, mailed, or delivered via secure email, with large files potentially requiring multiple emails.

EpicCare Link | Access Kootenai Health EMR

EpicCare Link is a free, secure, web-based application connecting community and affiliate-based providers and staff to patient information in the Kootenai Health System Electronic Medical Record (EMR). The EpicCare Link online portal provides access to patient information including demographics, chart review, future appointments, diagnostic results, operative notes, discharge summaries and procedure notes – when and where you need it.

Medical Staff Services

Kootenai Health’s Medical Staff Services department is responsible for maintaining credentialing and privileging for all providers recognized under the Medical Staff Bylaws and policies. Additional responsibilities include payer enrollment, meeting management and compliance with applicable regulatory and organizational requirements.
