Campus Guidelines

- Weapons are not permitted, including firearms, knives, and chemical sprays—even with a concealed carry permit.
- Please silence cell phones in patient care areas to support healing and comfort.

Office hours: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
North Entrance information desk: 5 a.m. – 8 p.m. daily
Visiting Hours & Valet Parking
- Normal visiting hours: 5 a.m.–8 p.m.
- After 8 p.m., all visitors must enter through the Emergency Department for safety.
- Hospital exterior doors are locked from 8 p.m.–4:30 a.m.
- Visiting hours vary by unit. If you have a cold, sore throat, or fever, please postpone your visit.
- For unit‑specific hours, speak with your care team or call (208) 625-6600.
Free valet parking is available for all patients and visitors:
- South entrance: Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–5 p.m.
- North entrance: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
After‑hours key retrieval:
- South entrance: Check in with Security or the Nurses’ Station
- North entrance: Check in with Guest Services until 8 p.m., after 8 p.m. please contact Security
Convenience Amenities
- Free Wi‑Fi is available throughout the hospital.
- Cell phone charging stations can be found in public areas.
- Nicotine replacement options are available for patients who need support during their stay.
- Check with your care team or call Guest Services if anything else is needed.
