Transfer Center
Before You Call
Not every case needs a transfer. Before you call the Transfer Center, check:
- Can this be handled as an outpatient referral? Non-emergent cases are often better served by a next-day outpatient appointment than a transfer. For more information please refer to Patient Referrals.
- Before you call, have you reviewed Transfer Guidelines? Review the transfer pathway for your patient's condition below — it covers who to call and what information to have ready.
Not sure what to do? Give us a call at (800) 200-1511.
