Adult Recovery Unit | Detox Services

Hospital-based support through alcohol or opioid withdrawal.

Stopping alcohol or opioid use can cause withdrawal symptoms that may be dangerous to manage without medical support. At Kootenai Health’s Adult Recovery Unit, adults with alcohol or opioid use disorder receive medically monitored withdrawal support in a hospital setting.

Our team provides 24-hour medical monitoring, physician oversight, therapeutic support and case management throughout your stay. Before you leave, we’ll help connect you with the next level of treatment and support so you can continue your recovery.
