Follow thru was amazing and communication thru My Chart was wonderful. Drugs were ordered in a timely manner and the instructions on what was expected of me during during my treatment were clear. Although I am not cured l am making progress. I firmly believe that the bar for customer care standards is set high by the doctor Johnson team and they meet those standards Clyde Waterman

Staff in the ER didn’t listen to the diagnosis I actually have with tests to confirm it. Didn’t even look at the test results I had. I’m tired of being dismissed everywhere I go because “that’s super rare”…. Yeah, I know 🤦🏻‍♂️
