Dr. Low and his wife met while attending medical school. He grew up in Columbia, SC and she grew up in Lewiston, ID. They have traveled back and forth over the last decade and fell in love with the PNW. Coeur d’Alene offered everything they were looking for to raise their children.

Dr. Low knew from a young age that he wanted to be a surgeon. He spent the majority of his early training pursuing cardiothoracic surgery, but when he did vascular surgery something clicked. It offered the opportunity to be in a cutting edge field with both surgical and endovascular skills and also created an environment where he could do surgery and participate in the complete health and wellness of his patients.

Dr. Low’s mission as a vascular surgeon is to provide the care and compassion he would want for his own family. This is the foundation on which he bases his practice and what he wants his patients to experience. Vascular surgery demands a holistic approach because diet, lifestyle, exercise, and medicine all play an integral part in patient care and well-being.
