The staff is professional & efficient but also warm & reassuring. They demonstrated patience & kindness. Dr was thorough, professional & set expectations-Immediately ordered tests that were needed. My only comment is the CMA gave hints at answers during the memory test-not sure how that helps with accurate results. Overall, you can see why the wait to get in this clinic is so long, it is excellent.
