My philosophy of care is rooted in building lasting relationships with patients and their families, supporting them through every stage of life. I am especially passionate about pediatrics, women’s health, family-based care, preventative medicine, and lifestyle approaches that promote long-term wellness.

I believe in practicing evidence-based medicine while honoring each patient’s values, preferences, and goals. Preventative care is central to my approach, and I emphasize the importance of nutrition, exercise, annual physicals, immunizations, and early screenings as essential tools for maintaining health and preventing illness. My goal is to be a trusted partner in helping patients live healthy, active, and fulfilling lives.

Growing up in the Inland Northwest, I feel privileged to care for the community I call home. Outside of medicine, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, skiing in the winter, paddle boarding and boating in the summer, and exploring local trails with my dog.
