Summary
Dr. Wallace was born and raised in Western Washington, and received his undergraduate degree from Eastern Washington University. He received his medical degree from the Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. He completed his internship and residency at Wake Forest University in North Carolina, where he later served as Internal Medicine. He then went on to complete Cardiology fellowship at the University of Kentucky, followed by Interventional Cardiology, and an additional year of specialty training in peripheral and structural heart disease. Dr. Wallace is board certified in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology, and Nuclear Cardiology. He is also a registered physician in vascular interpretation. He lives in Coeur d’Alene with his wife and 3 children and is committed to providing the highest level of cardiovascular care to the community.
