I believe the best care begins with understanding what matters most to each patient. Every person brings their own values, beliefs, and goals to their healthcare journey, and I strive to ensure those perspectives are respected and reflected in every treatment decision. I encourage patients to be active participants in their care by discussing all available options, answering questions, and making decisions together.

When developing a treatment plan, I focus on choosing the right treatment at the right time. Whenever appropriate, I recommend the least invasive, most effective approach and take the time to explain the potential benefits, risks, and side effects of each option. I also work closely with other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.

I chose neurology because it is a fascinating and rapidly evolving field. The pace of discovery and the continual development of new therapies make it an exciting specialty, and I value the opportunity to help patients benefit from advances that can improve their quality of life.

Outside of work, I enjoy fly fishing, gardening, cooking, and playing guitar.
