Summary
I believe exceptional healthcare begins with a trusting relationship. My goal is to know each patient as a person—not just their medical conditions—so we can make decisions together that reflect their values, priorities, and goals. It is a privilege to care for individuals and families through every stage of life, whether treating an acute illness, managing chronic conditions, or helping patients improve their overall health.
As a physician board certified in Family Medicine, Obesity Medicine, and Diabetology, I have a special interest in diabetes, obesity, and metabolic health. I enjoy partnering with patients to prevent disease, build healthy, sustainable habits, and improve their quality of life. I believe education is one of the most powerful tools in medicine, and I want every patient to understand their condition, know why we are recommending a particular treatment plan, and feel confident about the next steps.
My approach is practical, evidence-based, and focused on providing the right care at the right time while avoiding unnecessary medications, tests, and procedures whenever possible. I value shared decision-making and believe the best outcomes come when medical expertise is combined with each patient’s unique experiences, preferences, and goals.
I also respect my patients’ time and strive to provide thoughtful, efficient care without sacrificing meaningful conversations. One of the greatest rewards of family medicine is building lasting relationships—sometimes caring for multiple generations of the same family. My hope is to help every patient live a healthier, fuller life so they can spend more time with the people and activities they enjoy most.
