My mother went to her and she treated her much differently than me. She seemed to have great patience for her and was through with her. It took me 8 months to get into see her and I was extremely disappointed. The first appointment was a let's get to know you waste of time that apparently is common here in ID. Guess copays are needed for offices to survive. The second one was a few months later. It was rushed, she was rude, and didn't want to spend any amount of time with me and my concerns. She didn't have enough time to deal with all my health issues and to make another appointment. So two days later another copay and visit. Months later I find out that they had a test result from my previous doctor on a condition I was concerned with but was in my chart as self reported and when asked for a follow up and MRI was told it wasn't needed. Now after asking several months later because of symptoms that could be exacerbated by lack of care, I learn she actually did have the report and is now going to send me to follow up on it and get a new MRI.

Dr. Suriano is always very pleasant, thorough, and listens to me when I’m having health problems. She is also very communicative both on office as well as through MyChart. I appreciate how she cares for her patients. So glad I chose her as my PCP.

After being transferred to her care for the last three years, I found Suriano tends to ignore patient issues, is dismissive, and can be extremely rude, insensitive, and unbelievably unprofessional. Office staff seems to have their hands tied due to this doctor’s insane office practices. Save yourself the time and frustration and find another pcp, she’s the worst.
