I was shown to one office where I had the usual temp. and blood pressure taken. Then I waited a while for Dr. Mc. She came in, got right to choosing a right-size pessary, inserted it (ouch), and was ready to leave. I had to ask questions rather than her explaining the reason for the pessary, etc. She was with me about 10 min. This office visit cost $386!
Very understanding and very helpful in all situations. She has put all my concerns to rest easily and she really listens. I’m thankful she’s our doctor!!
I’m so thankful to have her as a OB/Gyn, our consultation was not too long but she did everything above and beyond. I wish she can be my Primary Doctor.
Dr McCrummen is an excellent practitioner!! She is very talented in procedures and knowledgeable!! I love how helpful she was in how to talk to my partner and helping me plan for the future in having a family. She is excellent!!! One suggestion for the office is to make sure to not send out impersonal blanket statement “patient education.” It felt confusing as I do not have cervical cancer but rather pre-cancerous benign cells which led to me having worry/fear that was unnecessary and honestly was insensitive. I understand the document was sent out to be psychoeducational, but rather it was an overall generalized and anxiety provoking document given to someone who has had to actually have colposcopys, and deal with cervical biopsies for almost 10 years. I was rather appalled at the very end when it spoke of prevention of cervical cancer vaccines (I already have irregular cells and have had all of my vaccines) and it speaks on invasive procedures as “radiation, chemotherapy and radical hysterectomy.” In my opinion it was not trauma informed for someone who has been dealing with this for almost 10 years and who wants to have a baby.
God bless Dr.McCrummen, she is very conscientious, kind patient, professional, and very God love me.
This wonderful Lady saved my life. LITERALLY. I had a giant uterus, due to fibroid tumors. Dr. McCummen got me into surgery as fast as she could and safely removed them. She was kind, warm, empathetic and advocated for me. Her staff in the OR and in her office was exceptional as well. She personally answered messages I sent her on My Chart. Her staff has also been excellent about getting back to me to answer my questions. Dr.McCrummen is an exceptional health care provider and a wonderful human being. ❤
Staff was friendly. Dr took her time with me, she listened and seem to genuinely care, she explained everything, would recommend
The care is good. A suggestion.... if you say you open at 8AM that should be the standard. I called for 10 minutes and your phone's still went to physicians answering service.
So thankful for Dr. McCrummen and the whole staff at the Kootenai Birthing Center! Their bedside manner and care was above and beyond what I could’ve expected! Dr. McCrummen is attentive, knowledgeable, respectful of me as a patient and her calm demeanor made this otherwise difficult process of giving birth into a beautiful memorable experience! It is clear that she loves what she does and it reflects in her work and how she interacts with her patients. Thank you for making this a wonderful experience!
