Care Philosophy

I believe the best healthcare is built on collaboration. I work closely with my patients to develop individualized care plans that reflect their goals, priorities, and lifestyle. Open communication is an important part of that process, and I encourage patients to ask questions, share their concerns, and involve loved ones in decision-making whenever they choose. Together, we can make informed decisions that support the best possible outcomes.

I also believe in providing coordinated, comprehensive care by working closely with other healthcare providers when needed. My approach is to recommend the least invasive, most effective treatments whenever possible while helping patients stay active, healthy, and engaged in the activities they enjoy.

I chose Sports Medicine because I enjoy helping people recover from injury, optimize performance, and continue doing what they love. My background in Internal Medicine also allows me to understand the complex interactions between medical conditions and overall health, giving me a comprehensive perspective when caring for each patient.
