Aquatic Therapy

Aquatic Therapy

A Warm-Water Pool Designed for Recovery

Warm water reduces the weight on your joints and helps relax muscles—creating an environment where it's easier and safer to start moving, even early in recovery. For many patients, aquatic therapy is the bridge to unlocking motion they can carry over into daily life.

What aquatic therapy can help with:

  • Improving balance and joint range of motion
  • Building strength and endurance
  • Reducing pain
  • Recovering from orthopedic surgery or injury
  • Managing arthritis or chronic pain
  • Neurological conditions
  • Rebuilding after a period of deconditioning
  • Pediatric mobility – water helps children develop body awareness and motor control in ways that can be harder to access on land
