The staff was professionally and very very nice people

I am very satisfied with the care I am getting.And I would recommend Tara Flores and DR Quinn to anyone needing shoulder surgery.And Kootenai outpatient surgery team was the best!

I have seen Tara for years and I am so pleased that I am able to have her for my doctor. She is always very professional and she really cares and listens to any questions and concerns that I may have. She discusses my treatment plan and if there are additional things that need to be done she explains it all to me and then makes sure it is all set up for me. There isn’t anyone else that I would want to go to except Tara. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a new Ortho doctor you won’t be disappointed! Thank You Tara!

I had been trying to get in to see Dr. Quinn for a while for a hamstring injury. My appt was changed to Tara his mid-level due to his unexpected absence. Tara is very knowledgable and professional. She is quick to respond personally to any follow up questions via MyChart. My only reason for 4 stars was a bit of disappointment that I was unable to see Dr. Quinn, but also recognize this was out of the control of the practice.

Tara was very thorough, listened to me, explained all treatment options and gave me autonomy in my care. I’ve seen several specialists and therapists and wish I saw Tara initially, as I’ve been dealing with an injury for a year and a half. I went in thinking I would have to advocate for myself as I have in the past, but Tara read my chart prior to my visit and knew exactly what to do. So happy I found her!

Very thorough. Explained everything to me in detail. She made me feel seen and valued. After jumping thru so many hoops and going a year and a half fighting doctors, she was my light at the end of a long tunnel!
