Dr. Bertsch explained her orders clearly, and answered my questions, and questions from my son & daughter.

Dr Bertsch is an excellent listener--probably the most important thing a doctor can be. I never feel rushed. Her front desk staff are always courteous and helpful-also very important as they are your first link to your doctor.
