She makes every effort to get to know her patients and help them with any medical and life problems they may face. We have the ultimate confidence in her expertise and her compassionate understanding of my husband and myself. Lucky us!!!

Dr. Bertsch and her staff are kind, caring, and competent. Dr. Bertsch always makes me feel as if I were her only patient and she has all the time in the world for me. She listens, problems solves, and follows through with my care plan. I'm very pleased with the care I have received.

Dr. Bertsch takes her time, listens and has a genuine interest in her patients. She was a little behind but I didn't care because she was giving everyone else as much time as she was giving me. Please take that into consideration when waiting for a provider.
