I believe the best healthcare begins with understanding each patient as an individual. I take the time to learn about my patients’ unique circumstances, goals, and priorities so we can work together to develop a treatment plan that fits their needs. Open communication and shared decision-making are central to my approach, and I encourage patients and their loved ones to be active participants throughout the care process.

Respect is the foundation of every patient relationship. To me, respect means creating an environment where patients feel heard, valued, and empowered to make informed decisions about their health. I strive to listen carefully, understand what matters most to each patient, and provide the same level of care and attention that I would want for my own family members.

My treatment philosophy is centered on developing individualized plans that combine medical expertise with each patient’s goals, lifestyle, and expectations. Whether pursuing conservative treatment options or considering surgical intervention, I believe patients deserve a clear understanding of their choices. By discussing options openly and honestly, we can make decisions together that support the best possible outcomes.

Continuity of care is also an important part of my practice. I work closely with other healthcare providers and trusted local and regional specialists to ensure patients receive coordinated, comprehensive care throughout their treatment journey.

I chose orthopedics because I enjoy being physically active and am a hands-on learner. Orthopedic care offers the unique opportunity to restore function, reduce pain, and help patients return to the activities they enjoy most. It is incredibly rewarding to see patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, fishing with my wife and dog, hunting, and traveling to visit friends.
