Summary
I believe the best cancer care begins with listening. Every patient has a unique story, values, and priorities, and I believe those should guide every treatment decision. My goal is to partner with you as an active participant in your care, taking the time to understand what matters most to you while creating a treatment plan that reflects your goals, preferences, and individual needs.
A cancer diagnosis can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. I believe in caring for the whole person—not just treating the disease. I strive to create a supportive environment where you feel comfortable asking questions, sharing concerns, and participating in decisions about your care. By explaining your diagnosis, treatment options, potential benefits, and possible side effects, I want you and your loved ones to feel informed, confident, and empowered every step of the way.
High-quality oncology care is built on teamwork. I work closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, pharmacists, and many other specialists across Kootenai Health, including radiation oncology, nutrition, rehabilitation, research, genetics, and supportive care services. This collaborative approach helps ensure you receive comprehensive, coordinated care throughout your cancer journey.
Because every patient’s needs evolve over time, I believe treatment should be personalized and adaptable. My commitment is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care while helping manage side effects, maintain quality of life, and support you through every stage of treatment. Above all, I want every patient to feel heard, respected, and cared for, knowing they have a dedicated team walking alongside them from diagnosis through survivorship.
